It has already been a little over two months since I had nose surgery and under-eye fat repositioning together. More swelling has gone down than at week three, and the nasal line has settled a lot, so it definitely feels natural now. I still like the side profile most, especially because it seems to have settled into the straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted haha. The hump was refined naturally too, and my overall impression seems a little softer. The under-eye procedure has also greatly improved my dark circles and tear troughs, so I definitely look less tired than before. Seeing it become more natural over time makes me glad I did it together with my nose. I barely think about having had surgery anymore! It is probably still settling a little further, but I have been very satisfied so far and expect it to look even more natural haha.
