I am a man, and I decided to have nose surgery because of functional issues. At first I thought, why would a man get plastic surgery? But after my older sister recommended it, I looked up reviews of GNG and saw that many men get it too. I wanted it to look as natural as possible, so I did not use an implant. The surgeon designed a masculine line well, and I liked it. I wanted the functional issue to improve for sure, and I think it was good that I had surgery at an otolaryngology hospital. My nose feels completely open lol. I can finally live without a runny nose. It was good that they looked closely at my CT scan and the inside of my nose. My image changed after surgery, so I gained confidence lol. Men who want a natural surgery should look into the place where I had mine.
