Nose Surgery Reviews

Getting great results from bulbous-nose surgery after procedures didn’t work!

Because of my bulbous nose, I tried a Hiko nose thread procedure and fillers too… but neither gave the look I wanted at all. The nasal filler seemed to spread and spoil my overall impression, so I had rhinoplasty with [Doctor A] at [Clinic A], and it has now been four months. I had the Hiko threads removed and dissolved all the filler too haha. They said they use a four-layer autologous costal cartilage support strut, so unlike other autologous costal cartilage methods, there would be no drooping of the nasal tip. It really seems to be maintaining well. I also had mild bulbous nose correction, and it seems to have turned out well without being overdone. Rather than making it high no matter what, they carefully considered the overall proportions so my facial balance would not be disrupted. They also paid attention to the nasolabial angle line, so my mouth looks more recessed, and the columella was lowered naturally. From the side, the nasal tip and columellar line flow together naturally, which I like. My side profile has become so pretty haha. If I had known I could return to daily life immediately like this without nasal packing, I would have had rhinoplasty right away instead of procedures… For a bulbous nose, I really think surgery is the answer rather than procedures. If anyone is deliberating because of a bulbous nose like I was, I sincerely recommend surgery over procedures… 👍
