My older brother was getting rhinoplasty for rhinitis, so I researched extensively. The cost was reasonable because insurance coverage applied, and above all, he had an aversion to implants but was not pressured into one, which was good. They are also known for achieving a good nasal line without an implant, so it felt trustworthy! He says his nasal congestion symptoms have improved a lot too.
