My cheekbones were somewhat prominent, and my square jaw and chin made my overall face shape look angular, so I had three types of facial contouring this time T_T I had cheekbone reduction and square-jaw surgery together, and for my chin, I also had advancement with a T-osteotomy. At first, I worried that doing all three procedures would make the change too dramatic or unnatural T_T But once some swelling went down, it did not just feel like my face had become smaller; the entire line from my cheekbones to jawline and chin looked much smoother and more refined, so I am satisfied haha. Especially with chin advancement, my chin no longer looks as retruded from the side, and my overall facial proportions seem much more natural haha. My square jaw also does not look excessively shaved down, and my facial width looks more balanced from the front, so I can definitely see a difference in photos lol. The operating surgeon also personally monitored my postoperative progress here, which reassured me. On day 3, the doctor contacted me directly to check my recovery and any discomfort, and that kind of care felt more reassuring than I expected... Three-type facial contouring was not an especially easy surgery to recover from, but looking at my face shape now, I feel I did well to have them together at once, and my overall satisfaction is quite high haha. For a major surgery like facial contouring, the surgical result is certainly important, but I think it is truly important to go somewhere that also carefully manages your postoperative progress T_T
