It is factory-style, but it does not seem that cheap. It is conveniently located right in the middle of Gangnam Station, and there are tons of people and staff when you go. It is set up like a bank counter. Since it was hair removal, I did not have a separate consultation. I got a refund during treatment because, true to its factory-style nature, the doctor is assigned at random and the variation is too great. Even aside from the inconsistency, they are not very thorough overall. It just seems to be this clinic’s style. It seemed completely unacceptable, so I got two sessions and received a refund. They cover your eyes and a doctor comes in, so I do not know whether it is the same doctor each time.
