First, I waited nearly 30 minutes here, so I was not drawn to it even before the consultation. It was the last appointment slot, so I was the only one waiting, but the consultation was delayed because the consultant was seeing a patient who had come for a follow-up. Of course, some waiting can happen, but it was not even for a doctor consultation. I wondered whether I really needed to wait 30 minutes just to see the consultant. Of course this clinic may have its own patient-assignment system, but that is the clinic's situation. I was not there for surgery but for my first consultation, so I wondered whether I needed to know about circumstances like that. But in the end I could not consult with that consultant and saw someone else instead... They only explained the situation after I got tired of waiting and asked. Anyway, the doctor seems somewhat curt. And I do not know whether it was because it was the final slot, but they seemed a bit rushed. I think it would be good to prepare questions in advance here too, and it was good that they did not recommend unnecessary procedures.
