I visited after receiving a recommendation through an app, but it was a consultation that left more disappointment than expected in several ways. The staff seemed kind, and the surgeon was kind and explained things well, but something felt a little lacking..? There were also aesthetic aspects that did not suit me, so I did not ask more questions. They did not pressure me into anything! They explained only what was feasible, and seemed more likely to discourage things they considered ambiguous. They were honest; our aesthetic preferences just did not match, while the other aspects seemed okay.
