I have had consultations at more than ten places, and this was the worst one. I visited because the reviews in this community were good, but looking again, they seem almost like advertisements. First, the patient coordinator consults you before the doctor does. The coordinator confidently said that I needed an incisional procedure for my eyes; it was my first time encountering a place like this. Until now, the doctor always consulted first, and the coordinator only explained prices and surgery information, so I was taken aback. If the coordinator first makes a judgment about my eyes and relays it to the doctor, then the doctor is referring to the coordinator's opinion...? It did not inspire confidence. The doctor's consultation also felt indifferent and not wholehearted. There were many other places where consultations lasted only five minutes, but this felt different. It also felt as though I was being passed back to the coordinator. It was a place where the consultation fee and time felt wasted. They seemed to pursue the current style of more dramatic eyes.
