I went for a consultation because of overcorrection from ptosis correction surgery. I visited because my eyes were asymmetrical and I had severe pulling in my right eye. First of all, the director's consultation was very detailed, and I listened to an explanation about ptosis correction for nearly 40 minutes. They pinched my eyelids and analyzed which areas were overcorrected and undercorrected, and I felt they understood the problems with my eyes well.
I did not get a definite answer about improving the crease line, but I got the impression that they could at least resolve the functional issues. I recommend getting a consultation if you are deliberating over recession surgery because of eye pulling.
It took a long time to travel there and back, but I think it was worth it.
