While getting under-eye fat repositioning from Dr. A at [Clinic A], I also had upper canthoplasty. I had only upper canthoplasty, without double-eyelid surgery or medial canthoplasty. They followed the front line of my natural double eyelids, so it is subtle yet makes my eyes look distinctly more open. They actually advised against surgery until right before it began, saying my eyes already looked just right. But the original inner corners made me look too sharp, so I chose upper canthoplasty to also shorten the appearance of the space between my brows. I am extremely satisfied. Even with upper canthoplasty alone, without double-eyelid surgery or medial canthoplasty, there is no break in the double-eyelid line. Rather, it stabilized the double-eyelid line, which had seemed to get progressively higher whenever I was swollen. The stitches were handled very neatly, leaving no scar, and the line is pretty, so I recommend [Clinic A] to anyone considering canthoplasty.
