I had revision surgery on my eyes, nose, and facial contouring all at once, and the before-and-after difference may be the biggest ever

This time, I really made up my mind and had everything revised at once, lol. My eyes and nose were revision surgeries, and I also had three types of facial contouring, double-chin treatment, and fat grafting, so at first I wondered if I had done too much, T_T. I had it done at [Clinic A]. For my eyes, I had revision incisional double-eyelid surgery with ptosis correction, along with lateral and lower canthoplasty. My old eyes had looked somewhat closed-off, but now that the lifting strength has improved and the outer area has been opened up, they look much more refreshed. It does not look as though only my eyes became excessively large, which I like even more, haha. For my nose, the bridge and tip were redone, while my long nose and columella were corrected as well. Autologous costal cartilage was used. Personally, the change in my nose feels bigger than the change in my eyes. The previously long-looking, downward-drooping appearance has been refined, completely changing the feel of my profile. The nasal tip is also more defined than before, so it is fun to look at my side profile in photos, lol. For my facial shape, I also had three types of facial contouring, cortical osteotomy, and masseter reduction. Since I additionally had double-chin muscle suturing and liposuction, the change in my lower face was really substantial once the swelling went down. Previously, the border between my jawline and neck looked blurred, but now my facial outline itself looks much smoother and slimmer. If I had stopped after contouring alone, my face might have looked a little hollow, so I also had fat grafting to my anterior cheeks and nasolabial folds, giving the center of my face an appropriate amount of volume. So my facial outline is reduced, but I like that my appearance does not look overly sharp or hollow~~ Doing so much at once honestly was not easy during recovery, lol T_T. It is hard to choose just one area that changed the most, but what I am most satisfied with now is that the overall balance has come together, without my eyes and nose feeling separate from my facial shape. Compared with old photos, it feels less like one area changed and more like my overall image has been refined? Because revision surgery was included, it took me a long time to decide, but these days, every time I take photos, the before-and-after difference is clear, so I think it was worth the hardship, haha.
