Under-eye puffiness had stressed me out my whole life, but I am so satisfied after getting lower eyelid fat repositioning. It protruded even at rest and became more puffy when I smiled, and what bothered me most was that it could not be concealed even with makeup. After surgery, that area was smoothed out, so my eye area looks much cleaner. The pre-existing darkness remains because of pigmentation issues T_T, but it is manageable with makeup, so it does not bother me much. There was almost no pain during surgery, so it was comfortable, and the doctor and staff were all kind and attentive, including with the aftercare. Comparing before-and-after photos makes me even more satisfied, and I feel I did well to have it done.
