I originally had a very low nasal bridge and a rounded nasal tip—the typical low nose—but I am so satisfied after rhinoplasty!! Has it been about four years now? I do not have any noticeable side effects, but I am posting this because I may someday need to have the silicone removed as I get older, and I am curious whether my nose would be okay without it! Everyone who has been deliberating a lot over their noses, let us keep going and be happy with beautiful noses 🥺🥰
