A few years ago in Apgujeong, I had hump nose osteotomy, tip surgery with septal cartilage, and cartilage-binding.
I wasn't given an explanation about the cartilage-binding during the consultation. I was only told that the nasal tip would be raised with septal cartilage. The bridge didn't become smooth, but I was satisfied just from the hump being gone. The director was kind. I don't know if it's like this everywhere, but they said I had to pay in cash, so I went and withdrew cash.
However, I don't like the columella area or the nasal tip. It's not severe to others, but the columella became sunken. The tip got too high and the nostrils show a lot, and the nostril shapes are uneven.
It's been about 4 years, but depending on the situation, I'm thinking about revision surgery. For now, I'm glad the hump is gone, but... I don't like my nose.
