I did not like how round my nasal tip looked from the front. I wanted to make my bulbous nose slimmer and narrow the width of my nose T_T. There were so many nose clinics too... It felt really burdensome to find the place where I would have surgery among them, but after visiting [Clinic A] through an acquaintance's introduction, all that worry disappeared. Amazingly, the atmosphere here was so nice, and when the director spoke, you could tell they were professional, haha. [Doctor A]'s aesthetic sense also matched exactly the line I wanted, so I had surgery. Septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used, and they also paid attention to correcting the columella and nasolabial angle T_T. They said they would improve my bulbous nose as much as possible, and the effect from the front is amazing... I think it was a good decision to try rhinoplasty first rather than doing anything else. I also like that as my nasal tip became longer, it does not look upturned T_T. The postoperative care is good, and perhaps because it is a single-doctor clinic, I liked that they provide focused care to each patient. I am satisfied! Haha.
