I liked that consultations here are led by the director. They explain the nasal structure in detail while viewing CT scans and even provide virtual surgery simulation. Since it is my first rhinoplasty, I naturally thought I would need an implant, but after consulting, they said my nasal bridge is not especially low and that implant-free surgery would be more than possible. Honestly, before the consultation, I thought implant-free surgery would not make much of a change. But after hearing the explanation and seeing the virtual simulation, the difference from using an implant did not seem as large as I expected. After the consultation, I leaned strongly toward the implant-free option, and I came to think it would not be a bad choice even for my first surgery.
