My originally short nose was lengthened so much with autologous costal cartilage that my facial impression became completely strange and I look like a different person. I am so annoyed and depressed. So I want to have it removed. It says that if the autologous costal cartilage is removed here, my nose will become shorter and return to its original length, but will it really return? Also, I originally had a bulbous nose and a step deformity. Then I would still have the step deformity after removal, right? T_T Would I then have the removal done and reinforce it with ear cartilage or another material? T_T Ugh, I do not know.
