It has been a while since my surgery, but I had canthoplasty in all directions and double-eyelid surgery. My eyes were not that far apart, but the director said medial canthoplasty would make my eyes look bigger, so I trusted them and had the inner corners opened slightly. Now my eyes are closer together, and that annoys me. They also suggested making my double eyelids thicker; I had them lowered instead, but they are still much higher than I expected. Even now, the crease line shows when I lower my gaze, and it has become somewhat sausage-like, which is extremely stressful.
