Before surgery, I had monolids and long eyes. I personally thought the distance between my eyes was wide, so when I was visiting clinics I told every place I wanted a very aggressive epicanthoplasty. But the director at the place where I had my surgery said that if the epicanthoplasty is too aggressive, it changes the impression a lot, so it's better to keep it small, so I trusted the director and had a slight epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty together, and I am really satisfied. Recommended for anyone who wants natural double eyelids.
