Both the front-desk staff and the consultation manager were kind, and I especially found the doctor trustworthy. Their demeanor and speech were calm, and the explanations were detailed and easy to understand. They recommended only necessary surgery and told me that unnecessary procedures were not needed, which I appreciated even more. They explained my eye condition and how the surgery would be performed in detail, which gave me confidence. It is fairly well-known in Busan, so I expected it to be flashy and grand, but the interior and facilities were more ordinary than expected… haha. Anyway, I liked how diligently they conducted the consultation.
