Their manner of speech was gentle and kind, so I could ask questions comfortably, and the answers were organized down to the essentials, which made them easy to understand. They also rechecked the parts I might have missed along the way, so I felt they were thorough, too. Overall, the consultation wasn't burdensome because they gave honest advice without exaggerated wording, and I felt satisfied because I got a sense of what kind of result I could actually expect.
