I went when the clinic had not been open long, but the surgical method used ear cartilage. I went expecting a major change, so I requested another consultation and said I wanted a more glamorous result. However, the doctor seemed not to use autologous costal cartilage often and said there was no need to use it. The doctor said that the support structure from my first surgery was already well positioned and there would not be a major change, so I trusted them and had surgery.
