I had it done three years ago, and the consultation manager at the time was really... unfriendly. They did not seem to have professional knowledge, were desperate to get payment, and were unfriendly. The staff were unfriendly too... I came out of surgery groggy because of the medication, but they kept yelling that I should not sleep, lol. However, the director was calm and matter-of-fact, only saying what needed to be said, and actually offered to do retouching. Looking only at the nose, it is truly pretty, but it does not quite suit my face, so I had revision surgery.
