It is day 7 after breast fat grafting, so I am leaving a review haha. I had fat removed from my thighs and abdomen and grafted into my breasts! My breasts were not extremely small originally, but they sagged a little as I lost weight, so I wanted to restore upper-pole volume and make them look natural overall. At first, I deliberated between implants and fat grafting, but I wanted a natural shape like my own breasts rather than an artificially large look, so I chose fat grafting! It is day 7 now, and I am satisfied because the shape has settled more naturally than expected T_T_T. Especially when lying down, they spread naturally in a UU shape without popping up like bowls, which I like. Since it is not like implants where something is placed inside the breasts, but rather my own fat is removed and grafted, it seems the shape settles more naturally. The incisions were also small and few, so I worried less about scars, and I liked that I could return to daily life faster than expected. Of course, it is only day 7, so there is still swelling, and I do not know what the final result will look like after graft survival, but it seems to be settling well. Still, so far, the shape is more natural than I expected, and I think fat grafting was a good choice for me because I wanted a natural result without going too large haha. Once the swelling goes down and it settles further, I will leave another review of how the shape changes :)
