Six-month review: Mentor Smooth, 175 cc on the left / 200 cc on the right.
It has already been six months since my surgery! I received Mentor Smooth implants, 175 cc on the left and 200 cc on the right. My breasts and skeletal structure were slightly different on each side from the beginning, so the procedure was planned to correct the asymmetry as much as possible.
At first, the swelling was severe and the implants sat higher, so my breasts looked much fuller than I expected. The implants also settled at different speeds, so I worried a lot about asymmetry early on. But after about two to three months, the swelling went down and they gradually became more natural.
At six months now, the shape has stabilized considerably and they feel much softer than at first. They do not feel completely like natural breasts, but it is not something I notice much in everyday life. Although I chose a small size, there is clearly more volume when I wear clothes, and I am satisfied.
If I compare both sides closely, there is still a slight difference, but considering that my original breast size and shoulder width were different, I am satisfied with this degree of correction! Also, having a female surgeon made me feel more trusting and comfortable. During follow-up visits, I felt that the clinic paid close attention to the things I was worried about as well! They say it will become even more natural up to one year, so I am looking forward to it.
