I went after watching YouTube. My face felt as though it was gradually losing volume, so I decided on Ellansé and had it injected. I received a somewhat higher-than-average volume. Both the front desk and the director were kind, so I was satisfied. After about a week, all swelling went down and my face returned to normal. After several months, I definitely gained volume. But they said they do not inject Ellansé in the under-eye area, so only that area remained hollow and I filled it with another collagen injection! Any asymmetry varies from person to person, with the left and right
