The consultation was coordinator > director > coordinator, but the coordinator attended the consultation with the director and stood behind them! The director explained in great detail, almost like teaching a class, what was needed and how they would perform the surgery. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about rhinoplasty and learned a lot.. They looked very confident, which gave me trust that I could leave it in their hands.. However, the coordinator's style was a little pressuring. I am still deliberating about rhinoplasty, so I did not make a reservation, but there was no pressure to pay a deposit! It felt like a decent place to get a consultation.
