I found them through YouTube, and I think there was either no consultation fee or only a small one. The consultation was very kind and thorough. They took a CT scan and photos, then explained what direction the surgery would take. They recommended silicone and autologous costal cartilage, and seemed confident. It was nice that they assessed whether the nose I wanted was possible and whether it would suit me. Their schedule seemed backed up, so I think I waited about two or three weeks; booking surgery itself does not seem to take that long. Still, it feels like they are increasingly becoming a good fit. I am deliberating over them as a final candidate.
