It was a solo-director clinic and had been open for some time, so it did inspire trust. There were several other people waiting besides me, and I could also have a CT scan. There was a little wait, but I was seen sooner than expected. The director answered immediately while examining my nose, but it felt a little cursory, and the consultation was not very long. My consultation with the coordinator was somewhat longer; she went through things point by point and gave me an estimate.
