Both the doctor and consultant were kind. I had rhinoplasty without an implant, using temporal fascia and ear cartilage. I am fairly satisfied with the result. My nasal bridge was originally low, and because I had implant-free surgery, it did not become dramatically higher, but the overall shape seems to have changed quite a bit. I had nasal-bone osteotomy, and it definitely feels slimmer. The nasal tip was bulbous too, but it seems to have been corrected well. This place seems to pursue a natural look; unless I say so, nobody knows I had rhinoplasty. Um
