Facial contouring consultation review

I’ve already decided where I’ll have surgery, but I have some time, so I’m writing this I went to look into cheekbone revision surgery + square jaw and chin tip

1. ㄱㄹㅎ This is a private clinic that’s well known in many places, including community sites. The doctor said my facial impression itself looks heavy (my lower face is broad). Looking at my side profile, I don’t have that much of a square jaw itself, but my face itself is wide, so he said a lot of cortical bone shaving would be needed

And I told him that my midface is long, but my chin is short. Then the doctor said my chin is on the short side, but I have a lot of facial fat. He said if you look only at the bone it’s great, but my skin elasticity isn’t good (all four clinics said this). And for the cheekbones, he said it didn’t seem necessary to push them in a bit more, so I decided not to do it (but personally I still think I have 45-degree cheekbones, so I guess it depends on the director’s preferred style)

Anyway, the conclusion was to remove the sagging skin from where I had cheekbone surgery last year, do fat grafting to the hollow area below my cheeks (it was already there, but got worse after last year’s surgery), and lower the chin tip?? (more like just adjusting the length; he said there’s no need for a T-osteotomy because it’s all fat), plus long-curve square jaw reduction, buccal fat removal, and chin liposuction. But he said the effect probably wouldn’t be huge because I have a lot of fat ㅠ (fat that doesn’t go away)

2. ㅅㄷ Is this place famous for a doll-like line?? I went after seeing it recommended in community comments, but hmm.. the consultant was a bit scary, appearance-wise?? During the consultation, the director was very kind. He said the 45-degree cheekbones looked like they hadn’t gone in enough, and that he would push that area in more for me. He said because my midface is long, the chin length shouldn’t be increased too much, and recommended square jaw and chin tip surgery. For the chin tip, he explained several osteotomy methods, including T-osteotomy. Here too, they said I had a lot of facial fat and recommended liposuction, and they said they would also remove fat from the front of the cheekbones (I was so tempted.. the first place said that couldn’t be done)

I couldn’t go to many places because I needed surgery soon and reservations were fully booked I wanted the effect to be somewhat dramatic, so I was considering going with the latter, but when the consultant came in, she barely spoke, wrote down the price, and quoted more than twice the price of clinic 1, so I gave up I thought it was absurd because it was so expensive, but thinking about it, clinic 1 was 2 procedures, and the second one was 3 procedures plus cheekbone revision surgery, so it made sense ㅠㅠ But I’m a college student, so money is tight After a lot of thinking, I chose the first one (not because I couldn’t go to other clinics, but because I liked it too. I canceled all the other clinic appointments after that)

Conclusion: cheekbone liposuction + fat grafting to the hollow lower area + square jaw, chin tip lowering, buccal fat removal

But I’m a bit worried about buccal fat removal. If anyone has had side effects or regrets about the appearance, please let me know. I have a slightly protruding mouth ㅠㅠ I’m worried I’ll look skeletal. But I just read what I wrote and suddenly I’m using casual speechㅋㅋㅋㅋ sorry..
