A review I'm writing on the way home after surgery

Aside from the alar reduction stinging in an unpleasant way, there was nothing else, and as soon as I entered the recovery room my mind became clear again, so I threw a tantrum saying I was going home and got up in 3 minutes. But strangely, breathing is super comfortable and I can open my mouth well too (alar reduction, cartilage binding (they just did it while raising the nasal tip. No added cost ❌), nasal tip (autologous cartilage), nasal bridge with no implant). When I said I was going home, the doctor came and said the surgical plan had changed during surgery, but I don't remember what that was.. First of all, they did everything that was planned, but I guess there were limits with things like height (they did emphasize that because my original nasal tip height was high, they absolutely couldn't make it very high. Even taking into account that it would drop, they said if it were raised more, only the nasal tip would bend upward). I had it under full sedation, and I dreamed that I was hanging out with my friends and people I like, and the director and nurse supported me all the way to the recovery room. Did they say they didn't put cotton in my nose?̊̈ I think that was it, but what makes me a bit anxious is that even with the taping on, I'm satisfied with this height and don't think it's high, but I don't know because I may just be too greedy. (Originally they said they would use septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and if that wasn't enough, donated costal cartilage, but my septal cartilage was large, so they didn't even use ear cartilage and used only septal cartilage for everything.) The total surgery time was only 1 hour 40 minutes. They originally expected 3 hours + When I was young, I had a habit of making a pig nose, so only the nasal tip was slightly bent upward, and I had a very slight hump. They said if they shaved it, the nasal bridge could look spread out, so I said I wouldn't do it, and this is the result after the director said they would try their best to improve the step-off.
