There were so many times I couldn't tell anyone and was really upset all by myself After going through that many surgeries, the result was, as you can see, like the photo above: a short, blunt nose.. I understand that since my nose was originally short to begin with, it couldn't be made long, but the nasal tip was always low After my first surgery went wrong, I had multiple revision surgeries, and it was either going back to my original nose or going wrong ㅠ
This time, I thought I should really get my truly final revision surgery, so I went around looking for clinics There were places that refused to operate, while there were also places that said it was possible Among them, I had my truly final surgery at a place that specializes in noses and is said to do many difficult surgeries
This time, they used ear cartilage and costal cartilage to raise the nasal tip, and thankfully, out of all the surgeries I've had so far, it has become the best-looking shape ㅠㅠ I originally wanted to raise the nasal bridge more too, but they said I shouldn't raise the bridge any higher and that the balance would be thrown off a lot! So I had the surgery as the director advised I'm so relieved that it looks natural and the nasal tip height I wanted was also achieved ㅠ I had this surgery feeling like I was clutching at the last straw, but now I don't think I'll need any more revision surgery!
