Be careful when doing it together with functional nose surgery

I had surgery in 2021 at ㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery with Director ㄱㅈㅅ. The consultant said this director was the only one who could do functional nose surgery and cosmetic rhinoplasty together, and that he had come back after taking a break and was good, so I trusted them and had it done. Now I’m looking into revision surgery. My nose was originally not exactly in the center of my face, but slightly off to one side. But after the surgery, that became more noticeable, so I decided on revision surgery. The director didn’t even tell me whether osteotomy was done, and there was no explanation like, “Your nose is originally like this, so we need to do it this way.” After the surgery, when I went with my parents and brought it up, only then he said something like, “It does seem that way,” and that made me so angry. When doing it together with functional nose surgery, please look into it carefully before deciding.
