After-after I used septal cartilage, shaved down the hump, had an osteotomy, used silicone for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. It’s only day 2, but I’m upset because it doesn’t seem to have the high, slim look I imagined,, my nose probably just looks big because of the swelling, right..? I had functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery together!!
