I had the silicone removed and replaced the nasal bridge with 4 mm MegaDerm. It looks okay from the side, but from the front, the nasal bridge looks flat, so I’m thinking about getting revision surgery again with 6 mm MegaDerm. Would that be too reckless of a challenge??
If I do it this time, it’ll be my 4th surgery, so it’ll cost quite a bit too. Should I just live like this…? Or should I just try it first, whatever happens…? What do you all think?

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
