The first through third photos are my current nose, and the last photo is right after my last nose surgery in January 2019. It was really pretty.. It has now been 4 years since surgery, but my nasal tip kept gradually disappearing, and by last year, 2022, it had completely been absorbed, so I’m looking into revision surgery.
First surgery: 2016 Second and third surgeries (the hospital that ruined my nose) ㅋㅇ, 2016-2017 Last surgery: 2019 So I’ve had a total of 4 surgeries,, If I do it this time, it will be my 5th surgery..ㅠㅠ
The materials used were autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, postauricular dermis, and silicone.
If anyone had a case like mine and had a successful revision surgery, please leave a comment..
Actually, more than just turning out well, I think what matters is whether it stays well maintained even after several years ㅠㅠ Mine was really pretty until the 1-year mark too, and from the 2nd year onward, the nasal tip started gradually being absorbed ㅠㅠ Since this would be my 5th revision surgery, I’m so desperate.. sigh..
For consultations so far, I’ve been to 곡ㅅ, 더ㅍㄹㅅ, 4월ㅅㅅㅇㅇ, and 시ㅇ (they said they couldn’t guarantee what the result after surgery would be, so I basically got rejected, though not outright). I’m posting because I want to go to more consultations at other hospitals too.
What they said was that my skin has a limit to how much it can stretch, but compared with that, the nasal tip had been raised too much, so the pressure pushing down caused the nasal tip to be completely absorbed.
They said it’s not contracture or inflammation, but that the nasal support structure is very weakened.
So I’m looking for a hospital that will do it as safely and naturally as possible, and I’d appreciate any help..
I will not share information about the last hospital.
