Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

Please read this at least once. So there will be even one fewer victim like me...

I think other patients need to know about how Inno Plastic Surgery Clinic handles things

so they can make a reasonable choice of hospital in a reasonable way.

I’m writing this hoping that there will be even one fewer victim like me.

-----------

I have been experiencing functional problems after surgery.

This is a review about surgical side effects, the hospital’s inadequate and absurd response,

and false guidance.

▶▶▶▶ Under-eye fat repositioning + Dark Nano fat grafting + anterior cheek fat grafting surgery performed

<Symptoms>

1. Loss of sensation in half of my face. (Nerve damage.)

My upper lip, cheek, cheekbone area, and half of my nose have no sensation.

I think the right way to describe it is tingling and numbness.

It is also difficult to make various facial expressions naturally.

My face keeps feeling itchy, and I can’t tell whether I have a runny nose or whether something is on it.

-The sensory symptoms are really varied (it gets itchy, then when I touch my cheekbone I feel nerves in my lip...)

2. After surgery, the area under one eye is fixed and does not move upward. (A fixed feeling under the eye, tightness)

(When I smile, one side is fixed downward and does not naturally lift)

3. No effect on dark circles. (I requested before-and-after photos but could not see them.

They said the photos are discarded once surgery is completed.)

▶▶▶▶▶ Hospital response and aftercare

It was a hospital where it was really hard to schedule a follow-up with the director. (You have to message on KakaoTalk or call many times.)

If there had not been any abnormality with my face, I would have had no reason to contact them other than for swelling care.

It took about 8-9 months to finally have that follow-up.

After the follow-up, there were parts I could not understand, so I said I wanted another follow-up with my guardian, but they said it was a violation of the Medical Service Act.

Citing Article 21 of the Medical Service Act (records, inspection), they did not schedule a follow-up with my guardian.

(Lawyer confirmed - absolutely not true. This is false guidance.)

When I asked them to give the same explanation to my guardian that it was a violation of the Medical Service Act,

they said they had no obligation to speak with my guardian.

After that, there are long stories, but I will omit them.

※ What has already been damaged can never be undone. The hospital cannot take responsibility for it either.

As posts end up being put under temporary restriction,

reviews about side effects are effectively difficult for consumers to see, making it hard to make the right choice.

Most posts on all kinds of apps and communities are only about successful results,

so anyone considering plastic surgery should always look into everything, think it over a hundred times, and be careful.

※ This post was written based on the “consumer rights” guaranteed by our Constitution and the Framework Act on Consumers, and I state that it has no purpose of defaming the above medical institution beyond the purpose of sharing information and helping other patients.
