6 months ago, I had nose tip surgery with autologous rib cartilage, without an implant. During the A.S., they added autologous dermis to make the nose tip rounder.
But except for the tip getting a bit rounder, it’s the same.. The clinic says the autologous dermis will be absorbed, but I feel like it’ll be the same againㅜ
They said they shaved down the nose tip cartilage as much as possible. If I want to make it lower, would they need to lower the columella? Would early correction be possible?? I’m so stressedㅜㅜ
