Would lowering only the silicone implant be kind of ambiguous to call a revision surgery? I feel like it wouldn't make them much money, so even if I go for consultations at plastic surgery clinics, they might not want to do it.. I feel like if I touch the nasal tip, something might go even more wrong, so I just want to leave it alone, but clinics recommend so many things that I'm worried. I don't want to do it at the place where I had my first surgery ㅠ
