If I followed my heart, I’d want to go to Seoul, but I’m also a working person and I want to get surgery quickly, so I’m looking into it in a rush ㅠㅠ For now, I went to two places today, so I’ll write a review before I forget.
1. ㄷㅍㅇㅅ This place had a lot of directors. I had a consultation with the head director. It went in the order of counseling manager - director - counseling manager. At first, when consulting with the counseling manager, she asked basic things like what nose procedures I’d had, medications I take, diseases, allergies, etc., and checked the feeling or image I wanted. Then the director came in right away for the consultation. Because I have a very bulbous nose and my columella is short too, he said it couldn’t be raised as much as in the photos I wanted, and that lowering the columella also couldn’t be done much. ㅠ He held it with his hand and roughly checked how much it could go up, and the final plan he told me was septal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone. He explained that the ear cartilage would be done with reverse rotation, which is the head director’s patented technique. He said it’s a simple case, so surgery time is 1 hour and it would be done under sedation anesthesia. They remove the nasal packing on day 2. The cost is 3 million won, same for cash or card. The counseling manager has a good personality and explains things well. The director just says exactly what he needs to say and that’s it!
2. ㅍㄹㄷㅇ Plastic Surgery Consultation with a male director. It proceeded as director - counseling manager consultation. I brought the photos I wanted, but as soon as I sat down, he told me to put my phone and bag on the chair behind me. He had me take off my mask, touched my nose, and explained in detail while drawing on the chart. He said it was hard to explain in detail because of the current filler ㅠ He said the nasal tip would be done with cartilage tying, and the nasal bridge would be operated on with silicone. The director said he doesn’t really use ear cartilage or septal cartilage. He talked about things like later cartilage show-through or side effects if layers are stacked up. He said they would just tie my own nasal tip cartilage, and if really needed, use septal cartilage or ear cartilage or artificial cartilage. So he said if they don’t use septal cartilage, they don’t put packing in the nose~ Treatment would be daily visits on days 1-5 to check progress and get antibiotic injections, and splint and suture removal on days 7-9. He said the exact cost would be known after filler removal and another consultation, but it would be between 2.75 and 3.3 million won ㅠ For surgery, sedation is only used when doing local anesthesia! Surgery time is 1 hour 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours if long. I liked the surgical method, but my nose is so low that I’m worried that just tying the nasal tip cartilage won’t create the look I want ㅠㅠ
On the weekend, I’m going for consultations at ㅇㅅㅋㄹㅅ, ㄴㅇ, and ㄱㄹㄹ, and I also made a reservation at ㅇㅇㄴㅇ, but it takes as long as 2 weeks.. I’ll write another review after I go.
