Double eyelid surgery day 24 review.. I’m so angry

Before <before surgery> Before <content saying I wanted a doctor consultation for an inline crease> Before <comment the consultant told me not to write, saying it was defamation> Before <day 24 after buried-suture method. Photo taken around 2 p.m.> My 3rd-year middle school daughter went to the hospital today, a little under one month later, for a follow-up. She was having a hard time because the line was so large and sausage-like that her eyes wouldn’t fully open, and since it was supposed to be an inline crease we were waiting for the swelling to go down, but after going to the hospital, all hope disappeared.

On January 28, the day of surgery, I told the consultant I wanted to change to an inline crease, and because I was worried it might not be relayed, I even met the doctor directly right before surgery!! <At the first consultation we had wanted an in-out crease, so we met on the day of surgery to change it to an inline crease>

When we went for the follow-up today, they said it was done as an in-out crease!! They said that’s what was written in the chart. Thinking about it, I don’t think the doctor wrote in the chart that it had been changed to inline right before surgery. The patient herself, my daughter, along with me, her mother, and her aunt all said it that day in front of the doctor. My child went straight into surgery. I consider this a medical accident. <There is also a text message saying I wanted to meet the doctor to consult about an inline crease with the consultant. Attached below>

But the doctor says he doesn’t remember. The consultant also says she never heard it and told me I shouldn’t lie. My child cried after hearing that her double eyelids were done as in-out..ㅜ I felt that the doctor and consultant’s lies would make the child even more psychologically distressed, so I thought enough was enough, and since it had already turned out this way, I tried to collect myself and wait after hearing it would shrink to about half after 3 months.. and was about to leave the hospital..

Suddenly, the consultant said, “Don’t make baseless criticism on the cafe; that’s defamation,” so I told the consultant to go into a community and look it up. She was talking about the comment I had left like this. <It is true that they said different things before and after. I can provide grounds> Are they trying to shut me up? Can I not even leave a comment like that? Picking a fight with a patient who is about to leave, seriously.. I was dumbfounded.

For reference, I don’t know who answered the hospital phone, but when I asked how many millimeters the double eyelid surgery was, they said the doctor writes everything in the chart and told me to ask directly. Today, when I asked the doctor directly, he said he does not write that down.. ;;;; Nothing the hospital staff say matches.

But when you go for a follow-up, does the doctor normally not look closely at the eyes? I had a consultation with the consultant and surgery under the understanding that there would be no eye incision, but according to the doctor, there is an incision... I can’t shake the feeling that the surgery was done without proper explanation. I was so angry about being made out to be mother-and-daughter scammers that I didn’t realize it at the time, but after leaving, I wondered whether doctors at other hospitals also don’t look into the eyes.

If the hospital does not officially apologize, I plan to take this all the way.
