Phew, I only went to two clinics, but how can I already be this exhausted...ㅜ First, I went to 2 places in Sinsa, and I was originally planning to choose between these two, but I’m still unsure, so I’d like recommendations for about 2 more places, around Sinsa, Apgujeong, or near Gangnam Station!!
1. ㄴㅅㅎ / Director ㅅㅇㅇ First of all, the clinic didn’t have many people, and I waited maybe about ten minutes? The director seemed to have come in right after surgery, because he was wearing surgical scrubs. I was a bit worried, but he felt very kind, and he consulted very thoroughly, so I was satisfied. First, he honestly told me that my eyes don’t really need surgery. He said my face is asymmetrical, so my eyes look a bit asymmetrical too, but that there’s no problem at all. He said I don’t need an incision, and even though I had surgery a long time ago, it hasn’t loosened, so I don’t need ptosis correction either. He recommended raising the line by about 1 mm? from now with natural adhesion. He said if the line is raised a lot, a multiple crease might form because of the existing line, and he doesn’t separately release the adhesion..! I was surprised because the price was affordable even though it’s revision surgery, and they didn’t push same-day booking or anything like that. But he said there wouldn’t be a dramatic change, so I’m thinking about it...ㅠ The consultation was good!
2. ㅍㄹㅇㅂ / Director ㅇㅈㅇ Ha, here I waited about an hour and a half? A little over that before seeing the director, so I was really exhausted..ㅎ His surgery had been delayed, so he came in hurriedly, but he was kind, and he was the type to ask me a lot of questions in return. Here too, he recommended it by saying that eyes like mine are already 80-90% pretty, and that I should do it if I want to be 100% satisfied. For the line, he said it could be slightly raised, or when I asked after seeing another person’s review photo, he said it was possible to go a little higher than slightly raised, so he seemed confident. But I’m bothered by what the previous clinic said, that if it’s raised too much, a multiple crease could form..ㅜ And he recommended doing a little ptosis correction, but when I asked if I really had to, he also said natural adhesion alone might be fine, so I’m unsure.. Still, he recommended doing it more. He said one black pupil shows very slightly less, so if the balance on both sides is adjusted, the eyes would look clearer and prettier. There was no pressure to pay a same-day deposit, and the price wasn’t bad compared to what I expected, so it was okay.
Anyway, overall the opinions were similar, but whether to do ptosis correction and how much to raise the line were different, so neither clinic really pulled me in strongly. For reference, for my first surgery I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction. Both of them honestly looked at my eyes and told me I don’t really need surgery, so I’m even more torn..ㅜ I really want to do it, but it’s a question of whether to touch them a bit more for 100% satisfaction, so if you could recommend about two clinics famous for revision surgery, I’d be grateful!! Preferably places with no consultation fee
