Real thigh review in progress

I’m posting this as a before-before-before-before-before record, and I’m going to write it really, really honestly. You know there are surprisingly a lot of tricks in liposuction reviews, right?

For example, the before-surgery photo is bare skin, and the after-surgery photo is in compression garments, or the before photo is zoomed in and the after photo is taken from farther away, or the after photo is subtly taken while finding a flattering angle. You know this creates a huge visual illusion, right? Before surgery = no Photoshop, after surgery = Photoshop, etc.

If you pay just a little attention when looking at review photos, you’ll be able to see it all.

Anyway, I hope this helps even a little for people planning to get liposuction..

As someone who had abdominal and arm liposuction 6 months ago,

On February 18, I had thigh liposuction + breast fat grafting + calf Botox.

My upper body and lower body were not done at the same clinic.

All the photos were taken with bare legs, and I’ll edit the before/after photos to match the proportions as much as possible. They are photos I took alone in the same spot, in the exact same pose, using video mode on the basic rear iPhone camera, then captured from the video. Absolutely X to taking photos with my feet spread on purpose to create a thigh gap.

Before surgery, my thigh circumference at the thickest point was 54.5 cm, and on the day of surgery after coming home, while wearing compression garments, it was 50 cm. As swelling kept increasing, there were days when it went over 55, and just now, bare-legged, it is 52.5 cm.

*For reference, my lower body is somewhat muscular, and I already had asymmetry, so it’s not that the surgery went wrong.

The thigh gap came and went in the beginning, but as it approached 2 weeks and the scar tissue started being felt, the thigh gap disappeared ㅠㅠ

Among the photos I posted today, the one wearing compression garments was taken after I got home on the day of surgery.

Looking at the photos, I think my calves got a bit slimmer too~ I think they removed fat well from the inner-thigh area too lol

After 2 weeks, I escaped bathroom hell. For reference, my bruising only went down a little below the knees and did not spread to the calves. Currently, a little purple bruising remains on the inner thighs.

I’m still recovering, so I won’t mention the clinic.

Next Monday, I’ll get aftercare and the second round of calf Botox, then see you again~
