It’s now week 2 since I had 360-degree arm, armpit, and posterior bulge treatment! I worried so much because it was liposuction,, but after consultations at 2-3 places, I had a consultation with the director and consultant at a clinic, took annual leave right away, and had the surgery!! From the first day, it wasn’t just a consultation with the consultant; the director personally checked me with ultrasound, looked at the lines, and explained the surgical process in detail, so I liked that ☺ Before and after the surgery, the director was kind to me, so I felt much less nervous
On days 1-3, rather than pain, it was more like intense stiffness..? and a feeling that my arms weren’t mine, and whenever I woke up after sleeping, my hands were swollen. Bruising was only on the upper arms!
I went back to work from day 4, and I was worried because my job involves using my body a lot, but unless I bumped into something or suddenly raised my arms, daily life was possible! It’s still hard to stretch my arms straight up, but if I raise them slowly, I can tie my hair and wash my hair while leaning forward
I can see the swelling gradually going down, so I hope one month passes quickly~~! ☺☺
