Double eyelid surgery that only left scars

Before <before surgery> After <after 1st surgery> After <after 2nd surgery> After <current> After <scar> Hello I was originally born with multiple lines, so when I opened my eyes wide I had double eyelids, and when I relaxed, I had monolids(?). But because I had several lines, I had to roll my eyes and force them open every time I opened them, which was so stressful. So I decided to have double eyelid surgery using the non-incisional buried-suture method, not an incision, and had surgery at a hospital that was said to be good on plastic surgery apps.

First of all, the surgical result is not that bad! But even though I had the buried-suture method rather than an incision, I was very upset that scars were left, and even now when I think about that time, I feel angry..

I first had my surgical consultation on November 16, 2019, and scheduled the surgery, but the hospital contacted me about two days before? saying the director had something come up that day and could not perform the surgery.. They did not tell me the exact reason, just said there was a schedule conflict and canceled the surgery. It was absurd, but since the hospital said so.. I said I understood for the time being, and on December 20, 2019, I underwent 'buried-suture double eyelid + ptosis correction' surgery. (The hospital even changed the schedule twice, so I went into surgery at 11 p.m. on December 20..)

But.. at the end of the surgery, they told me to open my eyes, but my left eye would not open. Even when I opened my eyes, the left side could not focus. When I said I could not focus and my eye would not open, they said, why is that? and I felt like they were tightening something more with thread.

I was under anesthesia and thought maybe it was because my sensation had not fully returned yet, so I waited. Even after the surgery ended, I told the nurse that I could not focus, and she said my eyes were swollen right now, so the swelling might be pressing on my eye and making it hard to focus.

So I waited. But after the stitches were removed, since the surgery had been done by the buried-suture method, there was not much swelling. My right eye was fine, but only my left eye kept failing to focus, and it also did not close well.

When I told the hospital, they told me to come in for a consultation, so I scheduled one for February 29, 2020. But again..! They contacted me two days before and canceled, saying the director's schedule would not work.. I was so angry that I contacted the head office through social media and filed a complaint, and then the Busan branch contacted me right away and said surgery would probably be possible that day.. haha

From here I was already very angry, but after the consultation, it turned out that too much ptosis correction had been done on my left eye, pressing down on the eye, which was why it could not focus. They said that to release it, they would have to go in with an incisional method... How could I live without releasing it when I could not focus ㅠㅠ.. So I asked them to release it.

After the surgery ended, I clearly heard it was an incision, but the nurse said it was not an incision and that I could come back in 3 days to have the stitches removed. Still half under anesthesia and dazed, I said, oh really? and went back 3 days later to have the stitches removed, and they asked why I had come so early.. saying the original day to remove them was tomorrow.. It was really a total mess haha They said at least because I was young, the skin healed quickly, so it was okay to remove them after 3 days...

Anyway, now 3 years have passed, and the right side has completely loosened and gone back to my original eye (the ptosis correction also loosened). On the left side, I now have a scar that I will carry for life!! (The scar is also bumpy ㅠㅠ it sticks out when I touch it) Still, the double eyelid did not fail.. My original eyes also had double eyelids.. As for the evaluation... please look at the photos and judge for yourselves, everyone :)
