1. ㄱㄹㄹ I made a same-day appointment, paid a 5,000 won consultation fee, visited the hospital, and had a consultation. The doctor strongly recommended the double buried-suture method (self-developed), and he marked my eyes pretty appropriately lol I wanted a natural and somewhat innocent look, so when I asked what else I might need, he explained it according to my eyes. He recommended fat removal + ptosis correction + double eyelid surgery, but I’m worried because of the fat removal. Fat removal... fat removal ㅠㅠ If I do this, my eyes won’t become sausage eyes, right? Ugh... but since he said he pursues natural-looking eyes, I kind of trust him... He also said he would do the ptosis correction non-incision, but when I watched YouTube, they said this comes undone easily, so I’m worried lololol The doctor insisted that if it’s done with the double buried-suture method, it really won’t come undone, and he seemed confident, so I’m torn about this too. lololololol The anesthesia is local anesthesia, but I’m going to ask again tomorrow whether sleep sedation is possible. I also wanted to do epicanthoplasty a bit, but he said because the space between my eyes is narrow, doing it would change my impression to one where my eyes look too close together. It seems like he doesn’t recommend unnecessary surgeries? He explained the surgery-related details thoroughly, but even though many people say it went well, there aren’t many real-life photo reviews, so I’m conflicted lolololol They said if the double eyelid comes undone, they provide AS for 2 years.
2. ㅍㅇㅅ No consultation fee. I went on a weekday without an appointment, waited about 4 minutes, and was able to get a consultation right away. But the doctor was wearing surgical scrubs, so I thought, huh? Did he come out from surgery to consult with me? (But I think it may have been right before he went into surgery... lolololol anyway, that’s just my guess, so I’ll pass on that.) Just like at the hospital above, I asked what else I should do along with double eyelid surgery, and this doctor recommended ptosis correction + double eyelid surgery + lateral canthoplasty... He didn’t mark my eyes much, but I think he spoke while considering the overall harmony of my face. Even though he was busy, he explained for about 5 minutes, and I consulted with the manager about the detailed cost. The manager also didn’t evaluate my appearance or anything and explained kindly and thoroughly. The double eyelid surgery would be done by partial incision, and the ptosis correction by incision. The anesthesia is sleep sedation. The front desk staff and manager were also kind, and the hospital interior was clean, so it somehow felt nice...^^ If you’re from Daejeon, I’d recommend going for a consultation at least once. It gives a strong impression of being big and clean.
The hospital fees are both under 2 million won, and on March 2 I’m planning to visit ㅅㅇㄱㄹ and ㅂㄹㅂ. If anyone reads this... if you’re confident that your double eyelid surgery in Daejeon turned out really pretty and well, could you please recommend a hospital? Please, even by private message lololololol (I’ll seriously seriously even pay you.)
If my plastic surgery turns out well, I’ll post reviews for 6 months!!
