I got full-face ruby laser treatment at a plastic surgery clinic for Ota nevus, lentigines, and blemish removal that comes up just by searching. They told me to come for a second session, but when I went the second time, they said one session was enough, so I just left without getting the second session. I expected my skin to become very smooth and completely free of blemishes, but it is not to that extent, and laser marks still remain. But I do feel like the dark, grayish blemishes have faded a bit? You should not expect dramatic celebrity-like skin, but if you go with the idea of getting your full face zapped once for blemishes, I think it is okay. However, I waited 1 year before doing it, and maybe my expectations were too high, but I think the cost-effectiveness is low.
