I had not been getting lip filler because so many people said it wears off quickly, but I found out about the Double Lip Filler at Kate Clinic, so I have received it twice so far, and I still have 5 retouches left!! hahaha At first I wondered if it was expensive, but when I think about the retouches, the cost-effectiveness was so good..
Q. Area of concern? A long philtrum and small lips that overall made me look older
Q. Desired design? Actually, this was the biggest problem.. When I first got the procedure, I only wanted it to be absolutely natural! philtrum shortening! like that, but once I actually got it done, I felt like a more glamorous design might somehow suit me too, so when I got the second procedure, I told them I wanted it plumper + to include the mouth corners too haha
The director also said there are many people like this... haha So they said lips definitely need to be done a few times.
Q. How long does it last? The last photo is now, at one month!! Compared with when I got the second round, only a little swelling has gone down, and it is maintaining as is. Other people all say it looks just right now, but I have already paid, and I went all the way there to sign up for 5 retouches over 1 year, so it would be a bit disappointing not to get a retouch, hehe... So I am planning to go for my first retouch around the end of this month!!
Q. Bruising, swelling, pain? I did not bruise at all! The photos labeled 1st and 2nd were all taken right after I came out when the procedure finished, so they are immediate photos, and if you look, there is no bruising, but there are injection marks hahaha The injection marks disappeared cleanly by the next month, and the swelling was not severe, but it lasted about 2-3 days.
And the pain, for scaredy-cats like me....!! It really hurts less than a vaccinationㅜㅜ Someone said lip filler is on the level of Rejuran, or that it is the most painful filler area, but for me it felt like chin filler < lip filler << under-eye aegyo filler <<<<<< Rejuran... haha
Lastly!
I recommend it to people like me whose biggest worry was lip filler wearing off quickly, and since you can keep adjusting it to the shape you want in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th rounds... I also recommend getting it naturally like me for the 1st round hahaha!!!"
